"Excellent hotel in a well located area. Close to the Boulevard but also an easy taxi ride into the old town. The staff make the hotel. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to help us (including arranging a shipment via DHL back to London for a spontaneous purchase!). Rooms are comfortable and clean and everything worked perfectly. There is a nice pool area and the gym was well equipped. We will definitely return when staying in Amman! "

"everthing was great, except Butler would order a taxi that would charge me 10JD or 15JD, with meter , they never turn meter on, while same taxi , if you pick it up from the Street , he would turn meter on and total charges would be 1.5JD for the same Trip , i thought Hotel management should do better Job sourcing out Taxi , or at least notify guests it is meter based Ride not flat rate, since the whole System operates on meter"
