"I turned up at the hotel (after a bus journey from Petra ) only to get some excuse from staff about maintenance work in my room!! Truth is, Zaman have a very old booking system and because of their location and price, get over booked. I was then sent by Zaman to their 'sister' hotel the Hotel Arabesque, in a completely different area of Amman. Zaman Ya Zaman, it is 2023!!!! Modernise!!! Zaman could have contacted me to tell me or cancelled my booking earlier...."

Apparently the person who was in the room the night before was sick and couldn't leave (yes, very odd). We were told we could wait a few hours until they were better and the room was ready or stay at their "sister" hotel - same star rating and they would give us a better price.
