"My two sons were visiting their brother & I wanted to make sure they were somewhere safe. I booked the room and they were very happy with the accommodations. They both commented how clean it was and that the hotel was really nice. Beds were comfortable and location was easy to get to. "

Wonderful Wellington

""My son and I stayed in this rental while on a business trip to Wellington, and it met our needs well. The unit was clean and stocked with essential amenities. While it could use a bit of sprucing up, it was comfortable overall.One thing to note is that there’s only one bathroom, which is located off the master bedroom. This setup worked fine for us, but it might be less convenient for two couples sharing the space.A great bonus was the small fenced backyard, which was perfect for our dog. Overall, a good stay for our purposes, and I would stay here again if I return for business.""

"Positive. The property Manager was very responsive for most of the time until we left. We left a power cord for my wife’s medical device behind, they found it and then stopped communicating. Luckily, I was able to find another one to replace it quickly.Negatives. The home is in much worse shape than the pictures will tell you. I ended up doing a video of the entire house and sending it to them so that we would not be blamed for anything including, but not limited to the main stairs that were cracking and breaking. There was a major electrical issue. The lights in the kitchen did not work and the breaker could not be reset even with all the lights off. In addition, the lights in the master bathroom did not work properly and flickered when you tried to turn them on. We’ve stayed in Wellington before, and the overall neighborhood was not the best.Summary. For the cost of this home, there are a lot better places out there and we will not stay here again."

Villa Royale 4 BR Home w Pool and Hot Tub

Stay was pleasant

"The property overall was good. Very minimal stock of household items, i.e. no dish towels, minimal utensils in kitchen. Oven wasn’t usable due to burnt food in the bottom. Grill was very dirty and there was no propane to use. Very loud in backyard due to the very busy road. Pretty major leak in the covered patio the first night as it was raining. Pool was very dirty but there wasn’t a cover and we knew that. Hot tub worked good.but had a lot of sand in it prior to us using. No pool towels so we had to do laundry a lot. We weren’t expecting luxury, but you need to provide most things on your own. Overall it worked for what we needed and the neighborhood seemed nice. Space and layout were the best part, we enjoyed the patio. Lots of sitting areas."
