" Walton Hall is gorgeous and we thought we were staying in there but we were put in a different building so disappointed with that but our room was spotless and well appointed, very close to restaurant and bar. Food was great but most of the bar staff were new and need more training. They were friendly but extremely slow and didn’t have a lot of bartending knowledge. "

"This is such a top notch pub with beautiful rooms. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was well cooked and generous. Dinner was very nice too. Very little to fault at all. The only tiny gripe I could make is that the shower in room 8 didn’t get hotter than warm. Other than that we had an excellent stay."

"The hosts, William and Jane, were friendly and engaging without being intrusive. The Manor House and gardens are sublime. It was a perfect location to travel to Stow on the Wold, Batsford Arboretum, Bourton on the Water, etc It caters for 3 B&B guest rooms. Due to steps and stairs those with a dissability may find it difficult but best call the hosts first and discuss this prior to booking. Breakfast was good, sufficient fornus. Cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit salad was available and a cooked breakfast is prepared to order. My wife and I would be very happy to return. If you feel a tad cold a portable fan heater is available, but the central heating is more than adequate. Many different eating options in pubs, restaurants and gastro pubs within a 10min drive. "

"My wife and I recently stayed at Ettington Park Hotel, using it as a base to explore the Cotswolds, and had a wonderful experience. Dining in the hotel’s restaurant was a highlight. The service was excellent, and the food was exceptional, with reasonable prices. The restaurant could benefit from better air circulation, as it was quite warm during our meal. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. When we expressed interest in the building's history, they offered us a private tour and provided detailed information about the property, which added a personal touch to our stay. The cocktails were outstanding—the best we’ve had at any hotel. The pool area was also enjoyable, with a hot tub and hot rooms that we had mostly to ourselves. However, guests should note that there are two small flights of stairs to access the pool. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had beautiful views of the countryside. While the decor was a bit sparse for a superior room, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The air conditioning struggled a bit on a warm day, and the room could get stuffy due to limited window opening and no fan. Overall, Ettington Park Hotel offers a charming stay with excellent service, though a few minor improvements could make it even better. We would highly recommend it to others."

"Lovely place to stay. Stopped off for overnight stay on longer trip, ev charger was free and available which was amazing. We were running a little late but they called us to check all ok and confirm our arrival time, very thoughtful indeed. Breakfast was delicious and staff were all very polite, engaging and attentive. Room itself was beautiful and a very comfy bed as well. Great night sleep before heading onwards on our travels. Definitely would stay again and would recommend as a must stop and visit place!"

"Brilliant property, the property is in a great location for travelling to other places with Stratford upon Avon less than 10 minutes drive.We all enjoyed the hot tub and the girls had fun feeding the alpacas and goats.Kay the owner was brilliant and on hand for any needs we had,would love to back and would recommend this property to anyone."
