"The hotel is located at a convenient location in Thane in close proximity to Viviana mall. It is super clean and the staff is extremely helpful. The food is excellent also. The only reason for not giving them a 10/10 is that they need to take care of their shower situation. The water keeps switching between hot and cold. "Hotel location was good. Rooms are reasonable. Probably due to occupancy we were allowed slightly early, that is appreciable. Room hygiene is ok but extra bed was sub standard.
