"The hotel was walkable from the arrival hall. The staff at reception were very polite and i had my room changed because i had booked a twin room. The food from the room menu was really good and delivered within the time specified. All the room amenities were good. The thing i disliked most was the noisy people who talked very loudly, slammed doors and ran up and down the corridor. I couldn't not sleep until 2.30am!!!!! "Everything from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave is top notch. The staff is exceptional and when I told them about my severer seafood allergy they took excellent care to make me feel comfortable with the food. The bathrooms are luxurious and it felt like an oasis from the chaos of Mumbai. The fact that you can walk and see sunset on the Bay is an added Bonus"
