"Staff was not very helpful and did not offer any amenities such as toothbrushes/razors even when asked. We only knew they had those things when I saw them give it to someone else. Hotel was clean and area was excellent especially the shopping centre next to the hotel"

"Amazing hotel!!! The staff really made it great especially the lady that was cleaning my room. I rated it 3 stars for the area around the property because I feel like the location would be better as it was a bit far from everything, the Mixc mall kind of made up for it but personally I would have liked it better if it was closer to central, or on the other side near the Shanghai Towers. I liked how there was privacy and it was not a busy hotel "

"Excellent staff. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. Only wish was the TV had movies. Very convenient location. About an 8 min walk from the subway/mall. There’s a cafe, bakery, & 7/11 located right around the corner. Soda beverages (coca cola, sprite, fanta ) were provided and refilled daily free of charge in the mini fridge. Bottled water as well. Would definitely stay again."

"Very clean and good location! However I had booked two Deluxe Queen rooms and upon check in they gave us two single beds / room instead so there was so misunderstanding. Overall great room."
