"We could not have dreamt of a better place to start our Sri Lanka trip. The place is beautiful, nested among trees at the end of a road and along the river. Our room was brand new, comfortable and colorful. The bathroom was open to the exterior giving you the impression of showering outdoor, while the Air conditioning inside keeps you cool. "Although owner was very friendly helpful, I found the beds in the room very uncomfortable - really hard mattress and pillows and barely slept both nights so checked out early. The water pressure and lighting in the bathroom was very poor so struggled with brushing teeth and shower."

"First of all it’s says on your website it is a hotel which is not there it is apartment building with date common areas There is no staff who can take my luggage there was no restaurant, no coffee shop, no tea or coffee in the room, no fridge in the room no hair dryer there is a long list which is missing Not happy at all Plus I couldn’t leave that place because it was 2am"

"Beautiful compact hotel with stunning views from rooftop pool and nice jacuzzi. The gym is a professional 5 star gym with many equipments for a great workout with instructor on-site. The buffet breakfast is the best with many selections of local and western dishes. Finally the location is great with walking distance to many affordable restaurants and cafes and within the city of Colombo. The staff are friendly and helpful and living up to typical Sri Lankan hospitality standards. Would definitely stay there again on my next visit to SL. "

"We flew into Colombo and reserved a pickup through the hotel. Although we were almost an hour late our driver was there awaiting us. Vehicle was clean and comfortable and the drive into the city uneventful. Upon arrival at the hotel we were made to feel more than welcome, checking was quick and we were shown to our room. Although it was smaller than most we have stayed in it was very clean and not rundown in appearance. The staff was more than helpful in providing an explanation if the area and directions to various places in the vacinity. Checkout was equally easy and transport made available to the cruise port. Anyone planning a trip to Colombo I would definitely recommend staying here. "

"We stayed here for a night prior to leaving Sri Lanka from a 10-day trip. The hotel was very fancy, clean and modern and nicely decorated for Christmas. Across the Street from Dutch Hospital shopping and entertainment district. Service was great, and breakfast buffet was plentiful. "
