"Property was in a great, central location, easy access to late night eats. The apartment was really nice, modern, and clean. The beds are not super comfortable, as the sheets are too thin/papery and the pillows are too high/hard. Other than that, we had an easy experience with accessing the door and checking in and out. "

"Property was clean and quiet, it rained a bit for a day or two and rooms were a little chilly no blanket’s available for use. Towels to shower were a few and no extras available. Sent a message to host about a few small roaches and no reply was sent back. Notified cleaning personnel and they stated they would send message until now I have not received a reply. It’s convenient to get around the place was clean and plenty of area to rest and work. WiFi was spotty and slow. "

"A wonderful place to stay, right in the middle of everything there. The apartment is on the second floor and very quiet. Overall it was exactly the place that we were looking for and an excellent stay!"

"Returning to Guadalajara and to Pitaya was truly a wonderful experience for us. Pitaya is right at the center and within walking distance from many historical landmarks in town. It’s an old building very well kept . Communication with Susana is immediate and she’s available to solve any issues at a moment’s notice. We’ll be returning to Pitaya soon!"

"The apartment was clean and well equipped. Only one AC unit in one room not on both or in the living room which made it difficult for the other room to receive any AC. The fact that it had great sliding windows made it comfortable for my daughter to sleep well at night since this was a 6th floor unit and the wind was favorable. "AC were not working, the apartment was to hot. Neighbors were extremely load at nice we’re the people from the top we’re jumping and having a party late at night. I was not able to fall a sleep due to the neighbors. "

"“”Description of the property incorrect”” says three rooms, but it’s only two rooms and one small office or studio, which has a mini sofa. It need more cleaning… bed linens like comforters , sheets , towels are old. No toilet paper . "

"My husband and I visited for two weeks while working remotely. The apartment was spacious was spacious and modern. We enjoyed the rooftop access. Check in was easy and we felt very secure. The location was moderately close to a few fun areas, but we did do a lot of walking to get around. Also, the wifi in our room wasn't strong so we had to work in the community working area, which was fine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!"
