"I would give this hotel a much better review if it weren't for the musty smell in our room. I had read other reviews about it prior to our stay and hoped that we would get a room without the smell, but it didn't happen. Hotel is very clean and close to attractions like Sight and Sound Theater. Pool area was very large, but the first night there it was so humid and foggy in the pool area that we had to the leave due to eyes burning and coughing. "

"We had a great stay at La Quinta. The room was very clean, spacious and the complimentary breakfast included several options. Our only complaint was the noise level due to the thin walls and some overactive children above us. However, the situation was rectified after we informed the front desk. We would definitely recommend La Quinta to anyone planning a stay in the area."

"We chose this beautiful rustic cabin for our honeymoon. Oddly enough we were sweethearts at 15 and reconnected at a class reunion a widow and divoricee and got married at 63 years of age. This cabin was such a sweet place rustic like my husband and primitive country like me"
