"This property is well maintained. The owner Gina made sure that we were taken well care of on Easter weekend. She offered voul hers for breakfast , when she knew she wasn't going to be in town.She had food in the refrigerator for us and all provisions available. Erin who provided breakfast for us on Sunday with her husband was a delight. I can't say enough of this ace. I will be a returning customer every year for the sights and sounds theater. This is your best value if you desire to get away...

"The house was well cleaned and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast service was family style with sufficient place settings. The food was phenomenal. The room had separate sleeping and sitting areas; the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well designed with modern versions of antique features. Only shortcoming was ceiling fan that wobbled when running. We would definitely consider another stay in the future. "

The entire BnB felt warm and welcoming, absolutely spotless, and our hosts Erica and Christopher could not have been more friendly. "What a fabulous B&B! The hosts are delightful, respectful, and very sweet. The location was perfect for us, between Lancaster and Lititz, and away from the crazy touristy corridors. The house is immaculate! The atmosphere is elegant yet cozy, peaceful, well appointed! We wanted for nothing. Every need was anticipated and prepared for. Our room, Witmer, was quite comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The house is gorgeous and was decorated for the holidays so beautifully and tastefully!...

"My wife and I were so happy with our hostess that we decided to stay another night. Every morning, we had a three-course meal, and it was delicious. After telling Kimberly that we were leaving early one morning she made sure we had it early enough so we could make our appointment. The rooms were always comfortable, and the bed was nice as well. Kimberly made sure we had everything we needed including extra towels and anything else that we asked for. "
