"San Vito is a must visit place. This property was ok. Not really like it shows in the pics (taken when it was built). Currently it needs a revamp as there are obvious signs of wear and tear. But the price was ok for what it is. Located 5-8 mins walk from the beach. We were giving a parking permit to park on the street. "We felt lucky to choose this location because it made it easy to walk to many sites and restaurants. Not far from Quatro Canti, center of town. There is an elevator and a door man. Stefano, the owner, and Rodi, the apt manager, couldnt have been nicer. And there is a nice pastry shop 2 blocks down Via Roma that opens at 6 am! "

"This a very charming apartment, modern, chic clean and comfortable. It has separated lounge room and bedroom, a Juliet balcony with wooden shutters. Great location, walking distance to everywhere, lots of cafe, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. A gentleman checked me in, explained the area to me, made some recommendations. Good communication too. There are some minor issues of maintenance but not serious. I am very happy with the property."
