"The hotel was very nice, very clean, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Though the heater in the pool was broken, I still give this hotel a 5/5 because of the cleanliness. The breakfast was great, and a staff member was constantly cleaning and wiping down the table and putting more food out. I was very impressed."

"The vibe of the hotel, staff, and food options were great for a leisurely family trip. The bar staff were great. Our family loved all the Cincinnati history and culture references. We chose an accessible room with a bathtub to make things easier for our child- and do have one suggestion. Photos for each room suggest that bathrooms would have a vanity with counter space. Our room only had a floating sink, which would be nice for wheelchair use, but the sink really needed a shelf at the back or side to store basic toiletries. (soap, toothpaste, tooth brush, etc.)"
