The property owners created a welcome binder that not only helped with explaining the property amenities but also provided local points of interest and names of nearby restaurants with a QR code for each! Easy 5 minute drive to the public beach with life guards and bathrooms. The complex in which the property is located is meticulously maintained and the neighbors were very friendly.
