There is also almost no water pressure in the shower if you are using hot water which I didn’t like. The room was a decent size and the beds were comfortable. "

"Had the best stay here at Hotel Shinpoin. The customer service is amazing. They really go above and beyond to help. We had a lovely lady help us with luggage forwarding service. Easy and simple, all the paperwork etc done within minutes. A very eco friendly hotel, rooms have a sink and cooking area with a working fridge. Dishes and dish cleanser is provided to avoid use of single use plastic. Very clean hotel room, comfortable, bathrooms are spacious and very clean. We staying in a super twin, which had 3 single beds. "
