"The front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were great. However, my air conditioner was not working. The egineer was quick to try and fix it but it still didn’t work. House keeping brought a fan which made it worse. By midnight it was so hot I couldn’t breathe. The night manager was quick in changing rooms for me on the same floor and even brought the new room key to my old room. "

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property was clean and safe. It was very close to the metro station with nearby options for food. My only knock would be that the refrigerator and microwave did not work. Im sure that if I would have contacted the front desk, these problems would have been resolved. Overall this is a great place to stay."
