"We booked the family room as we took our 2 grandsons with us (10 & 7) and having them in a connecting bedroom instead of in the same bedroom was a huge advantage. Plus in proper beds instead of a pull out settee. All beds were very comfortable. We also like the fact that our water, tea, biscuits were restocked on a daily basis. The breakfast choice was very good and cooked to order, and we also had dinner in one night and the service and quality of food was again excellent. Although we go to Teignmouth frequently this was the first time we'd stayed at The Cockhaven Arms, as we didn't even know about them as tucked away, but we will certainly be staying there again. "
