"Short spring break. An excellent pub/hotel in a village outside of Teignmouth. Bus stop nearby with a regular service to Teignmouth and Newton Abbot. Nice room well appointed. Great breakfast served freshly cooked. Staff could not be faulted. Would thoroughly recommend."

"We stayed at Saltwater over the Christmas period and was able to enjoy all that Shaldon has to offer at this time of year.Saltwater was a great property for the two of us. It is in an ideal position with its own parking (which is a must in the village), close to the centre and all the activity. It was an ideal size for us, spotlessly clean and decorated for Christmas for our arrival- which was a very nice touch.Thank you!"

"Lovely hotel. Right by the seafront. Close to everything. Went on the steam train to Dartmouth. Also went to Kents Cavern..via a voucher from the hotel. Both excellent. "

All the staff were very welcoming and happy to help at all times. Food was of a good standard and hot. Again staff did their best to help everyone. "
