"We had an enjoyable five night stay and it's really convenient for the city centre which is literally a few minutes walk so eating/shopping not a problem. The bus stops we used were about ten mins walk and the nearest Metro stn is about 15-20mins walk. Room was excellent with quiet AC. A couple more mains sockets would have been handy. "Gloriously different! Every minute detail had been thought of - the decor, the tea mugs, the magnifying mirrors - I could go on...! "My wife and I spent two nights here on our first visit to Valencia. This hotel is absolutely first rate. Our corner room was wonderful, our daily breakfast was delightful, and every employee was as friendly, helpful and an absolute joy (special shoutout to Juan Carlos at the front desk. "1 night stay as a family. Check in was great, the family room was perfect. Parking is easy and free nearby. Quiet hotel and super comfy beds. Now the negatives. Firstly the cocktail bar downstairs was ok but the toilets smell bad, no soap and nothing to dry your hands. Basics… secondly avoid room service. The food was really not good. "

"Stayed while competing in Valencia so didn’t use any of the sports facilities. Had a water leak that required 2 room moves and an overnight power cut. The staff were helpful but it took several hours to find an alternative room which was disappointing as it happened on the only free day we had and the hotel was far from full. Hotel facilities look amazing and restaurant was quality, esp the staff who were excellent. Standard of the finish in the accommodation was top class benefiting from not being open for long. "

Excelent accomodation for big groups

"From the planning stage to check in Joaquin and Daniel were very helpful. The villa is in a nice quiet neighborhood about 10 min walk from a Farmacia with minimart and 25 min walk from the village centre of La Canyada. The pool was very large and much appreciated by all. We had a group of 18 and had lots of space. Villa is beautiful with modern bathrooms and a nicely decorated interior. All the bedrooms and the living room were air conditioned. Once inside the gate, the outdoor areas are very private."

"Nice basic hotel. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. However the level of noise from outside was quite bad. Even with the wooden shutters drawn. There was a bit of a draught from the window. Decent double glazing may help. The restaurant food was average and it was difficult to get the attention of waiting staff at times. Opening time was 20.30 but there were people sat at tables much earlier than that hogging the best tables. So bring ear plugs and get into the restaurant early would be my advice"
