"Small charming hotel. Adrian checked me in quickly. Very clean and very nice staff. Elevator was a nice addition and very efficient. I wish they had breakfast service. Front desk has limited evening hours. Their restaurant Marimba is lovely! A family team with young ladies guide your menu choices and the food was delicious. Lunch and dinner only, no breakfast. "They advertise a water park when in reality it's just the use of the local municipal pool down the road. The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful. I arrived back at the room at 22.30 at night to find the bathroom roof collapsed and workmen in the room. The receptionists made me feel I was the onen being unreasonable for questioning what the problem was and if it could be quickly fixed. On a positive note, the rooms are clean and have a nice view. "
"Walking into the room, you can feel the quality. I had a lunch there too and it was great! The stake was cooked right. They also help me figure out how to get to my destination in town. As I don’t speak Spanish very well it was hard for me to call a taxi and Uber is not available. They didn’t call for me but they solved my issue. Thanks so much!"
