"We had a warm welcome and the hotel were able to organise parking nearby at a discounted rate. Lovely room (albeit given a twin room rather than a double) with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Views to the front overlooking the river. We had the buffet breakfast in the morning which was extensive cooked and continental style, although some of the foods were a little disappointing. "Lovely property but I was extremely disappointed when I arrived to find out the sky bar was closed until 2025, this was not communicated prior to our stay and was not stated anywhere on the hotel listing prior to booking. The skybar was one of the main things that attracted us to the hotel when looking and had we known it wouldn’t be open we may have reconsidered this. "
