Wifi did not work in our room. When i told the staff about it, i was told there were no problems with the wifi in the hotel. I was flabergasted by this remark as there was no wifi service in our room for the duration of our stay.

1/5 - Disappointing Experience at Easy Hotel Málaga I recently spent two nights at the Easy Hotel in Málaga, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The hotel's location is its only redeeming quality, as it's centrally located and close to main attractions. However, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which set the tone for our stay. The rooms were uncomfortable and to basic. The worst part was the mattress, which was extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep. For over 100 euros per night, I expect much better quality and service. There are far superior options in Málaga for the same price. I would not recommend Easy Hotel to anyone and would not stay here again.

Chose it due to the train and bus station nearby. Also found it modern and clean. I was concerned about noise so I asked for a quiet room and she put us at the end of the hall. AC was really quiet too. Had a good sleep.

Room are extremely small for the price. Our view was the side of an apartment building. No refrigerator in the room. Bed was two twin beds pushed together with only a sheet for covers. Staff was friendly and quick to check in out. No restaurant nearby. Had to walk about 15 minutes for nice restaurant

Great for a cheap option to stay in Malaga. It's a 20 minute walk to the city center. A little further to the beaches. The lift, and fittings in the rooms felt a little rickety and flimsy.

Came late when I was let down at short notice. Receptionist was super nice and efficient. Room wasn't that clean with hairs on the towels and dust around the bed but I was happy just to get the room and be safe l. Comfy enough bed and shower. Basic and quite expensive for what it is

Very convenient stay for us, relatively close to the city center. Under a 10 minute walk to Maria-Zambrano train station. Staff was kind and the room itself was comfortable. Would stay again.

There was a constant smell which can only be described as drainage. Hardly any storage in fact there was none to be honest. Not enough room for two people even in a double room. Get what you pay for I guess, it was a last minute booking so it’s my own fault.
