"This property and the hosts are phenomenal. We could not have asked for a better experience or a more comfortable cottage. It’s even nicer than the pictures! The neighborhood was quiet and the cottage had everything we needed to enjoy travels to New Zealand. We traveled from the States and found the location to be perfect for day trips to the city, Hamilton, Raglan, Waitomo (glow worm caves), Hobbiton, and surrounding areas. We highly recommend! "

"Lovely little cottage on a lifestyle block. Kitchen well appointed with everything you need for cooking meals. Modern stovetop and oven an added bonus. Loved the decor and the deck protected you from the summer sun.Rod would periodically check in to see if we needed anything, like extra towels. "What a wonderful place this is. It is so calm and serene with a stunning outlook over the surrounding farms. The place is a great size, it literally has everything you need (the kitchen is very well stocked and there are lovely Eco-store bathroom products to use, plus there was fresh milk, towels, a dishwasher, and washing machine), it is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. There is a separate indoor dining room as well as your own deck to eat outside and soak in the sun and country...

"Four friends from Norway had a relaxing time at Clarks Beach. The house was modern and the area was great for sunbathing, walking on the beach, for a swim when the water was high tide or going to a beach close by to deeper water. We had a car and could discover the wonderful area around the West Coast. "

"Beautiful property! The villa was like new inside, super clean and comfortable. Great views of the sunrise, sunset and the stars and moon. Make sure to replan golf cart pick ups before 8 am. Only other issue I had was asking to cancel or move 2 days (over a month and a half before the trip) to a sister property, they said they were fully booked so I would have to cancel the entire stay and try to rebook again for the new dates I wanted. I even offered to stay at a sister property in areas where excursions that had been booked and were several hours away."
