While I can't remember the name of the gentleman who checked us in, I would love to give him a special mention as he managed to give us a room upstairs that was actually easier to access than the downstairs room I had originally booked. Staff super helpful- I left a book and came back a couple days later and it was neatly logged in a book and cheerfully returned. Location on lake is really helpful. Laundry was easy. It was just what we needed. "
