"This property is well-positioned on the hill looking out over Huntly, and close to the old SH1. The rooms were clean and well maintained. My only critique is that reception isn’t well marked, and the deck off the back of our room (where we parked the car) had high steps and no railing, which would be an issue for anyone who has mobility issues. You can see the owners care for the history of the property and are working to respect it with the work they undertake to maintain it."

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful luxurious house overlooking the Waikato River. There was a safe swimming area in the river and a hot tub. The house was spacious, with all amenities inside and out bbq etc. inside outside stereo sounds , awesome tv viewing. All amenities provided and more just needed to turn up with bag clothes. Big enough for family or couple. Host with the mostest as well."
