"I reserved room with 2 queen beds, upon arrival I was told they only had room with 1 bed. When I got to room it was a full size bed not even a king. I had to go back to front desk and he stated that’s all they had left. Then he took a phone call and started helping another customer. Another receptionist asked if he could help me and I told him the problem and he did offer me a king room even though that is not what I reserved. He said they must have given those out during day shift. "

"Staff was very friendly and welcoming at check in. Coffee and cold water at check in was nice. Pool area was very clean and had plenty of clean towels. Room was spotless. Breakfast was good and hot. "
