"The location was as advertised. The check in process was extremely easy and the host replied to communications in a timely manner. Many of the reviews were correct, the neighborhood is pretty loud at night. It did not keep my wife and I awake, but I can see where it may bother some folks. You are within walking distance of several bars and restaurants which is very convienient. It advertises a gated parking space, which it has, but the entrance gate was never closed during our stay. "The location was perfect for the Bourban Trail; we made it to 5 distilleries in 2 days! Beds were comfy, hot tub is great and it was very clean. We appreciated the extra blankets, pillows and soft sheets. The area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to the lake. We only wished for a few more kitchen utensils and dishcloths and towels. We did a bit of cooking and all like to tidy up. Overall we would all stay here again but for much longer."
