"It's a cozy place with beautiful views. There are amenities in the resort such as swimming pool and campground with hikes where to enjoy nature, I guess particularly if travelling with kids. The description and recommendations are very accurate: you should be aware that the closest grocery store is about 20-30 mins (so they recommend you stop by before checking in), satellite internet service is limited (it rained and we lost signal for a few hours), the AC unit is portable and therefore noisy....

"We really enjoyed our stay! It’s a fully equipped cabin with all the extras- pack packs, skewers, soft blankets, good pillows. A perfect woodsy feel. But we bought our own laundry soap, and paper towels."

"My family enjoyed this property immensely. A secluded cabin in the woods but with all the comforts of home made everyone happy. My husband enjoyed fishing in the river while the kid explored the shoreline and rock hunted. We made outdoor campfires and s’mores, and snuggled up by the indoor fireplace with books. Be aware it is a long driveway, so any plans out and about take a bit longer. The Food Lion in Millers Creek is about a 20 minute drive. "

I would absolutely love to come back here and stay longer than a weekend. Make sure you bring coffee, all the food, and necessities you want for cooking if you plan on staying there. "

"Wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed everything about it. The only thing is that if it rains follow the directions provided in welcome letter. The driveway is steep. Other than that the place is very comfortable and the owners of the property were very easy to reach and respond very quickly with any questions. "
