"We had two issues with the room. The first room , the ac did not work, so we went to the front desk and after we tried what we were told to do, they moved us to a new room within 10-15 min. the next room the ac worked, but no light in the bathroom. I called the front desk. 3 hrs later still no light so we put the LR lamp in the bathroom. The pool wasn't clean and a few other issues, but we just mostly wanted to relax in the room anyway. the check in person was friendly, but the lady at the desk when we checked out was very, very helpful and friendly. She said she was going to talk to the GM about doing something about our issues with our stay.. so we are grateful for that. Normally I don't do too many reviews, but I wanted to do this one. To show kindness works both ways .. People are people whether you are the employee or guest in any situation. Over all No one got mad or was rude to the other person. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Sleep Inn. All their staff were extremely kind, helpful, courteous and professional. My room was clean, the shower water pressure was grrrrrrreat!! Bedsheets were clean & the place smelled nice. I love the scent of their shampoo/ conditioner & soap. Complimentary breakfast was good too. I have heard horror stories of other hotels nearby, and I'm so happy I came to Sleep Inn! Kudos to front desk receptionist, Jessica. (I think that was her name?) I recommend this place. "

"While there our stay was only overnight, the staff ensured our stay was enjoyable! We got a room assigned that smelled like someone had smocked in it, but we were quickly redirected to a clean non-smoking room. "

"What a wonderful place to stay! The beds and pillows was so comfortable and the shower had great water pressure! The breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly! Parking was easy with plenty of restaurants and other stores nearby!"
