"The pics make the space look much bigger than actual. The building is run down and old. The space was clean but not updated as far as counter tops and furniture. Our favorite part was the outside porch and water view. They love pets but no receptacles for disposal except large trash bin at back of property. We felt the property was overpriced for condition. As well after we paid we started receiving all kinds of emails about how we would be charged for noise, for non cleaning and other things....

We ran out of Breakfast-Blend coffee for the Keurig coffee maker on the third day, and the place could use a second TV - either in the sunroom or the main bedroom, but it suited our needs, and we are happy to have selected the place."
