"Due to the holiday season, reception closed at 15:00 hours, so check in was thru an envelope. Rooms are very spacious, bed and showers are good, but it is an ancient structure and building, so don’t expect modern rooms or furniture. Staff when available was very helpful. Great to walk around the area. "

"Despite its age (very 90s decor), the room was very clean; even the carpet, which, unlike US hotels, didn't leave the soles of your feet grey with grime after walking around barefoot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room faced major intersection (well, major by Swiss standards) so there was some traffic noise throughout the night, but not disruptive."
