"The staff is exceptional and very pleasant to interact with. The hotel itself seemed to not maintain maintenance. Many light fixtures either flickered or didn’t work. The fixtures holding the shampoo and body wash in the shower were broken. Management obviously wanted to save money at the expense of staff efforts and the guests."

There was a fair amount of noise traveling from other rooms and the hall at night. The night I stayed there I was woken by rowdy guests several times.
