"The hotel is a traditional German Gasthof with rooms above a traditional Bavarian restaurant. The restaurant serves delicious food, slightly over priced, in my opinion. The room was perfect for me. The bed was comfortable, firm but not too firm. I would stay again in a heartbeat."

"I was due to arrive on Friday 27th Jan due to my 11 yr old son collapsing at school and being diagnosed with a serious heart condition I had to cancel the trip. The hotel refused a refund and when Expedia approached them on my behalf, they did not answer their phone or e-mails. Terrible customer service."

"The property is located outside of the the city center, which made our stay more affordable and relaxed. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus / transport system with a stop within 100 meters of the apartment. This takes you directly to the center of the city, to old town and to the train station. Uber and taxis are relatively cheap to and from the city center / old town too. There is a supermarket and some restaurants within walking distance of the accommodation, which we valued. "Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht. Bekommen haben wir eine mit einem Schlafzimmer. Es gab vor Ort einige Mängel. Der Duschschlauch war kaputt. Er wurde aber sofort ausgetauscht. Der Wasserzähler ratterte ziemlich laut, sobald einer der 3 Wohnparteien Wasser benutzte. Der Holzbalkon hatte einige Latten, die stark verwittert waren (Holz ist am Rand durchgegammelt). Leider fehlt auf dem Balkon etwas Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt. Es waren aber z. B....

"Cosy and stylish hotel in a very convenient location next to the main station and short walk or bus ride to most sights. Enjoyed the delicious new years brunch and hanging out in the bar with board games in the evening. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was small but very well equipped. "

"After a long day of travelling to be able to walk out of the station and straight in to the hotel was fabulous. Room was lovely, and easy to walk into town or catch the bus. Shopping centre next door was really convenient too. Staff very friendly. The view of the city at breakfast was beautiful would definately stay again! "

"The Cool Mama was very new and modern. A short drive or uber to the centre The superior room was excellent with a great view, parking was cheap and underground. Staff were friendly. Sky restaurant was lovely. Highly recommended. "
