"Amazing house! Could not ask for better and accommodated parents, 3 teens and grandad perfectly. Used as a base to visit Munich (train), Dachau, Salzburg, Eagle’s Nest and also local area. Hosts were very easy to communicate with, and the whole process was simple and uncomplicated. Highly recommended place to stay. "

"Fantastic property. Very spacious and very modern in style. About 20min drive to city center. Supermarkets are nearby and also rail station. We did not use the rail from here but went into Salzburg Hauptbahnhof. Highly recommend unless you want to be in the city center. Odessa provided good details and getting into the property."

"Das Haus ist sauber und der Check-in hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Hr. Alex, der Vermieter, ist immer zu erreichen falls nötig. Der Parkplatz ist in der Nähe und bietet den Startpunkt für viele Ausflüge im Chiemgau. Im Winter ist die Rodelbahn auf dem Toten Mann (Hirscheckbahn) zu empfehlen mit anschließender Wanderung zurück zum Parkplatz ein toller Tagesausflug."

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Seebruck. Die Ausstattung das Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Wir durften schon früher einchecken was sehr nett war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief bestens. Wir haben direkt gegenüber Fahrräder gemietet und haben damit schöne Touren gemacht. Das einzige was uns ein bisschen gefehlt hat, ist ein Ganzkörperspiegel. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Wonderful house. Great Amenities and the Views are spectacular. Host was pleasant and responsive. Had a wonderful time in Chiemsee. Paddleboarded on the lake, Golfed at the the course and ate at and wonderful restaurant just up the street. Loved our time their. Great House and Host!"

"Great stay. It’s a charming house, big enough for four -almost-grownups. The park is quiet and the house has a beautiful view. There is a mini golf course but that’s about it, when it comes to entertainment. But we didn’t need more, there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The the house has a complete kitchen, no need to bring spices, oil, peper/salt, tea or even tablets for dishwasher. I was happily surprised. The owners are really friendly, who responded accurate at emails."

"Die Unterkunft liegt in einer super ruhigen Lage. Zur Autobahn ist es nicht weit - in der Ferienanlage kann man gut laufen. Es gibt einen Brötchen-Service und die Bestellung muss entsprechend an der Rezeption abgeholt werden. Einrichtung zweckmäßig - ein paar Gläser mehr wären schön gewesen. Kleinere Mängel (z. B. zwei nicht funktionierende Lampen) über die man hinweg sehen kann. Im Objekt selbst ist es sehr ruhig außer das aufgrund der bautechnischen Grundlage Bewegungen im ganzen Haus...

Seesicht nur ein kleiner Teil von der Terasse, ansonsten empfehlen wir das Haus gerne weiter "
