"In der Vereinbarung stand, dass wir in der Zeit von 14-21 Uhr kommen können und erhielten dann, die Auskunft, dass "der Schlüssel auf dem Tisch" liegt und niemand zur Einweisung anwesend sein wird. "They wrote at the last second to say that something was wrong with the perperty and that they booked us a room at the b&b Room 22. What was I going to say? I was already on the way. Then at Room 22, there was only one little window that face a courtyard and the shower was so small you couldn’t even turn around. The room itself was clean and the toilet worked if you tapped on it feom time to time. Overall, not what I was expecting or paid for."

"This house was beautiful and had a trullo roof at the back. Rooms were big, kitchen facilities were good, close to the centre (although house is up a hill), and overall a really lovely place to stay. I would recommend. We were disappointed that the host sent several WhatsApp messages after our stay to say that we had taken a towel and would have to pay extra. We definitely did not take a towel or anything away with us, so this soured our memory of the place a little. We didn't pay, but I'm sure...

"Il trullo è molto bello e nel centro di alberobello. Tutte le attrazioni si visitano a piedi e la massima distanza è il trullo sovrano a 10 minuti a piedi. La stanza aveva anche un giardino interno molto carino che da sul panorama. La colazione accettabile con possibilità di dolce e salato. Il signore al check in è stato molto gentile e ci ha fornito diverse informazioni su dove mangiare e sui musei. Unico punto negativo: la tassa di soggiornio deve essere pagata cash e non con carta. Peccato...
