"They wrote at the last second to say that something was wrong with the perperty and that they booked us a room at the b&b Room 22. What was I going to say? I was already on the way. Then at Room 22, there was only one little window that face a courtyard and the shower was so small you couldn’t even turn around. The room itself was clean and the toilet worked if you tapped on it feom time to time. Overall, not what I was expecting or paid for."

"In der Vereinbarung stand, dass wir in der Zeit von 14-21 Uhr kommen können und erhielten dann, die Auskunft, dass "der Schlüssel auf dem Tisch" liegt und niemand zur Einweisung anwesend sein wird. Das Geschirr war für 2 Personen sehr knapp, keine Schüssel für warme Speisen, kein Messer für Gemüse oder Fleisch, sondern nur 2 gezackte Essmesser und ein unbrauchbares Brotmesser. "Service by Francesco was excellent. The room itself was very comfortable and very modern. The best bathroom I have encountered along my travels. Parking is very secure. Outside of the B&B is very dirty, and unattractive. Eating was limited and there is nothing to do. We traveled to Taranto for the day but could not get passed the dirtiness and smell in some parts. Grateful for our stay at Hibiscus but won’t be returning."

Although small details could be improved to make it more practical (for instance the curtains by the bed replaced by a wooden header, or eliminate cluttering (like artificial flowers in the corridors), these were very minimal details to mention (and my own preference) because overall the place is excellent. "We were travelling for a family celebration event and had four day's to chill beforehand. The trullo was just perfect for two of us. Perfectly kitted out kitchen and immaculately clean.
