"In der Vereinbarung stand, dass wir in der Zeit von 14-21 Uhr kommen können und erhielten dann, die Auskunft, dass "der Schlüssel auf dem Tisch" liegt und niemand zur Einweisung anwesend sein wird. Das Geschirr war für 2 Personen sehr knapp, keine Schüssel für warme Speisen, kein Messer für Gemüse oder Fleisch, sondern nur 2 gezackte Essmesser und ein unbrauchbares Brotmesser. "A lovely place with a beautiful setting. It was a bit hard to find. It was a fun place to stay with wonderful staff. You do need to be in touch with the the hotel in order to get admitted to the property. Delicious restaurant near by"

"The villa and pool were absolutely amazing and I was lucky to have my friends staying in the villa so I could share company and food with them. The annex where I was staying was clean and had a comfortable bed, a fridge and some supplies. The bathroom (in the Trullo) was big but smelt musty at tines even though I kept the windows and door open. There was no hot water on my last day. There were also no chairs to sit on inside - only an outside table. My main issue was communication. The site...

"This house was beautiful and had a trullo roof at the back. Rooms were big, kitchen facilities were good, close to the centre (although house is up a hill), and overall a really lovely place to stay. I would recommend. We were disappointed that the host sent several WhatsApp messages after our stay to say that we had taken a towel and would have to pay extra. We definitely did not take a towel or anything away with us, so this soured our memory of the place a little. We didn't pay, but I'm sure...
