"My family and I really enjoyed our recent stay at Pioneer Lodge #4. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room appeared to have been recently updated and they did a great job of adding modern amenities while retaining some rustic charm. We loved the location as it afforded easy access to the mountain and popular restaurants. "I’ll never stay anywhere else. The property manager was so good to us. Any and all questions were answered almost immediately. The cabin was very clean with no surprises, and it’s so conveniently centered right in the middle of town where we could walk to everything. The best part? It was only moments away from the lift house that takes you right to the top of the mountain! Thank you to all the staff that helped make our first family trip perfect. "

"We arrived on a Friday at 3am. We booked thursday all day so we had a place to stay when we got to red river at 3am like planned. Even told the booking lady about getting there late. We received email that our room was a certain number and code to get in. Once we arrived we could Not get into our room at 3am and there was no phone number to get ahold of to help us. We ended up having to stay at the best western which costed us 190 for 6hours of sleep. She then sent us an email with the correct...

" When we arrived it was hard to determine how to gain access into the property. The building smelled of sewage and the room was 85 degrees. I reached out to the property manager who let us know that the building was centrally controlled and we would just have to sleep with the window and sliding glass door open.
