The indoor and outdoor swimming facilities were also very nice and staff was on every level, kind and accommodating. It is so easy going around in Shenzhen and also of its location closer to many of the sites we visited, it was a great, tranquil place to retreat to after a long day. "

A bit confusing… the stairs to breakfast was not so user friendly for elderly hard of walking. The blanket was thinner than expected for a Hyatt property, unlike all other Hyatts I have stayed at.
