"Perfect check in experiencs. Super helpful and we upgraded 2 rooms to executive suite so as to have connecting rooms as we have children travelling with us. Suite comes with free bfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the club house. Nice view at 40th floor club house Every staff was attention to details! Didnt manage to get the name of a staff serving bfast at 2nd floor. She saw us pouring milk to our coffee and immediately made a cup of hot milk for our coffee! Superb service from check in to bfast to dinner to even then cleaning ladies. Location is good too. Highly recommended hotel!"

"Luxurious. Fantastic breakfast buffet spread. Good service . Very helpful concierge. Located right next to an upmarket mall. Will stay again. Improvement - as lobby is not on ground level, would be good to have some chairs near the entrance of the hotel."
