"Stayed for 2 nights on the ground floor. As a solo traveller, felt very safe. Close to everything in Santa Teresa and a large supermarket across the road. Not well soundproofed and could hear lots of noise upstairs - footsteps, toilet flushing etc. Could also hear traffic noise. Air con was amazing! "

"Our stay at Casita Sollevente was incredible, the accommodation was very clean, a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean, had two out door pools that were great for relaxing in. The complete staff treated us very well throughout our stay. The food and drinks are very good. The short drive down the hill into Montezuma is easy, though you certainly want a car as it is a steady incline from the town up to the resort. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!"

After reading some reviews we were a little worried about the place, but it was not the case. Would highly recommend this place. If you are driving you can park right beside the hotel. If you are walking it would certainly be a trek, but the whole area is like that. "

"This is a special place in that by staying here, you’re supporting a wildlife rescue nonprofit. Beautiful pool, friendly staff, breakfast included, and good dinner options within 1 km. "

"Beautifully appointed rooms with private plunge pool and view of ocean. Staff very courteous. Breakfasts included in rate were excellent. We ate dinner at the hotel most nights for convenience and because the food and service was good. The main drawback of this hotel is that it is too far away from Santa Teresa and the main beaches to walk so you need to book taxis ( $20 each way), rent an ATV or rent a car. "

"The grounds were beautiful and seemingly well-maintained; the rooms not so much. Once we got the correct room, we found it to be crawling in ants and other bugs, due to the louvered doors and lack of a tight seal. We were constantly swishing ants off of us while in bed, as they'd crawl up the bed. Also, there were a couple geckos living in the ceiling that randomly chirped during the night. The first night, we had a power outage due to a storm that affected the whole town, but nobody...
