"We decided to change accommodations a few days before arriving in Montezuma Beach and couldn't have made a better decision. Enjoying the pool and working or reading on the covered patio were beyond relaxing. You're surrounded by nature while still enjoying the comforts of a full kitchen. Couldn't recommend staying here enough!"

"We stayed at 2 places on our family trip to Costa Rica. This was the second (first was on the Caribbean side). This location is remote, and off the main road so you will need a 4X4. But that is exactly what we wanted and that is exactly what we got! Unbelievable view. Great deck, plenty of room for a family of 5. It was not on solar when we were there which to me was a plus as we did not have to worry about running the dishwasher, etc. The washer was not working, which was a disappointment. But things break so you just deal. Dave was responsive and tried hard to get it going, which we appreciated. If I had to find something we did not like, it is very minor. Several of the light switches were broken or not operational. But, we managed just fine and it was not a big enough deal for me to call Dave. Some of the screening had holes and some screen doors show their age. But again, it was manageable and was not a deterrent in any way. Just an observation. Dave was great and responsive on any inquiries He set us up with a sweet captain to go fishing and, unfortunately, when we had some stomach issues, he recommended a great pharmacy. Overall this was a really nice and enjoyable experience. You will love the view and all the peace and quiet that comes with this beautiful home. Would stay there again for sure!"
