Great services, but wish the hotel offer better way to communicate with staff such as an APP with chat function. I asked a staff to make dinner reservation for me. "The hotel room was functional, but the walls paper thin. It was self service, but that seems to be the norm for budget hotels in Japan these days. The door seemed like it was made of cardboard, and the walls paper thin, including the exterior wall. Could hear people talking in the parking lot as if they were standing beside you, and I was on the 4th floor. Could hear the wind outside, and worst of all the traffic. Make sure to bring earplugs if you want to get any sleep."
