"We were woken up at 5am with by a huge cockroach crawling up our childrens curtain divider , when I tried to contact the reception there was no answer. I tried going to the front desk but there was no one on call. I spoke to the head of security that was at the entrance of the hotel but he said there is nothing he can do. Only at 7 o'clock the workers started their shifts, at 7 the man at the ground desk said he will send someone shortly, by this time we had packed our bags and woken up the...
