"Check in was very nice, warm nice reception people. there is not enough parking and got a ticket while I double parked to check in! The rooms are small but clean, bathrooms out of date and poorly repaired. Massage was amazing, great staff . Gym and in door pool was under construction but out door pool was very nice ."

"If you want a special desert experience, this is it. There are no frills and it’s like camping in a cabin. Yet this is such a unique accommodation with an exotic camel-inspired theme. We loved the hammock, the outdoor seating area and simplicity of it. The camel tour is a highlight to add on. Definitely for the adventurous spirit. Unforgettable! "

"Everything was smooth. The management was extremely helpful and very nice. The room was clean and the cabin was cool and fresh. They provided us with Candles and creams as well to repel the flies. There is a market in this community that has everything very interesting market. I bought lamb chops and steak and chicken liver and bbq in front of the cabin. We had a nice time with kids. "

"It is a great experience. We ENJOYed ourselves as much as any other hotel at the Dead Sea, including the more expensive ones. We particularly liked the spa's salt water pool that is both inside and outside. The food is excellent and has good quality. We loved the automatic towel machines. The downsides were mostly minor. "Our electricity kept going out, we asked for a new - and upgraded - room, as shown as available on hotels.com. They said, those pictures are out of date, they are from before renovations. Who did the renovations, Mickey freaking Mouse? Because it looked like a rat chewed through half of our room. We couldn't even call room service because the 1920's phone kept dislocating. Summary: extortion of price for mediocre place. "

"We were woken up at 5am with by a huge cockroach crawling up our childrens curtain divider , when I tried to contact the reception there was no answer. "The checkin was easy, and our room was comfortable. Staff was helpful when needed. The thermostat was a little hard to figure out as there were no numbers on the dial, but we figured it out. "The hotel was really nice, great design and really lovely pool! The hotel was quiet and we felt very safe, the only issue was that most of the staff didnt speak English and it took over 45min to process my checkin! No apologies, nothing.... aside from that it was a really great stay! Would stay again"

"Concierge Shlomit gave us her personal phone and responded to anything we needed. Her kindness made the hotel feel personal to us and that we were appreciated. All inclusive was nice. I never was able to find the water slides staffed so they were closed three days in a row which the grandkids really wanted to use, and the life guards weren’t paying attention to the kids so watch your kids. But the food was so good and so much value, beds comfortable and supportive. Housekeeping was outstanding and to be along the scenic Dead Sea was a great view and nice walks. Lobby area also comfy. Great value."

"We wanted the light in our room to be shut off but it was a difficult task since the light was set to Shabbat mode. Unfortunately, we had the light on the whole evening and we couldn't sleep. We went and complained to the reception desk. As a courtesy, Yazen Atrash offered our family lunch which was an incredible experience. He also offered to give us a discount when we're ready to book another reservation. We are So Happy with the incredible service that Yazan offered us. We will definitely come again!"
