"We were upgraded to a spacious newly-renovated room on the 8th floor. Service was terrific and the food outstanding -- plentiful and delicious. The spa was a bit crowded on Saturday during the day, but nice on other days. It gives you a feeling of being in an oasis -- with big windows with views of palm trees and the Dead Sea. "

"The checkin was easy, and our room was comfortable. Staff was helpful when needed. The thermostat was a little hard to figure out as there were no numbers on the dial, but we figured it out. The food was plentiful and delicious. We didn't use the pool, as it was so hot outside and not comfortable, but lots of people were using it. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were flat. The was a tiny lizard in the bathroom that my husband had to kill. It was close to tje separate beach which was nice for us."
