"couldn't figure out the shower from instructions until the next morning unfortunately and all the things I wanted from it when booking were disconnected (it looked very high pressure and I'd done a day of sports) bed was good and overall a decent stay. just do expect a basic shower. "

"Lovely new house with new carpet and floorings. Unfortunately the furniture wasn't new and the sofa was badly stained. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived and there were no dishwasher tablets. I contacted the management team but didn't get any response. The garage was full of various items so that we were unable to use it for the car. There were no instructions with regards to check out procedures. "Very Modern and super comfortable beds! Well supplied to make your stay comfortable. Just out of Cambridge town centre so very peaceful. Only flag is the only TV and couch is in the second bedroom so if kids go to bed early you will be reading a good book or on devices."

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful luxurious house overlooking the Waikato River. There was a safe swimming area in the river and a hot tub. The house was spacious, with all amenities inside and out bbq etc. inside outside stereo sounds , awesome tv viewing. All amenities provided and more just needed to turn up with bag clothes. Big enough for family or couple. Host with the mostest as well."

"We stayed here for two nights to be central to a couple day trips and wish we could stay longer. The property was well taken care of and comfortable. Very spacious. Slept really well. The hosts were considerate, with fresh cut flowers and sweets for the kids. There's some Alpaca, sheep, chickens, and cows on site which is exciting for the kids. Will definitely try to stay here next time I'm near Hamilton. "

"Overall, it was an excellent stay. The only thing that would make it better would be adding bedside lamps in the bedrooms, as the bright white lights are unpleasant before sleep... Cheers!"

"The check-in process could use some improvements. We were told someone would meet us at the property, but with a large family staying at the unit next to us, it was confusing who to meet with. The small unit we stayed at didn't have a clear entrance yet, but he said they were going to work on that. Such a great place with much potential!"
