"Lovely new house with new carpet and floorings. Unfortunately the furniture wasn't new and the sofa was badly stained. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived and there were no dishwasher tablets. I contacted the management team but didn't get any response. The garage was full of various items so that we were unable to use it for the car. There were no instructions with regards to check out procedures. "This was our first place in New Zealand. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and the hot tub outside, surrounded by farmland and Eucalyptus, was lovely. The birds were a welcome wake up and the sunrise stunning (They did have shades to block it out for late risers too) It was an easy drive to Hobbiton and the Waitimo caves. I’d stay here again!"

"Very Modern and super comfortable beds! Well supplied to make your stay comfortable. Just out of Cambridge town centre so very peaceful. Only flag is the only TV and couch is in the second bedroom so if kids go to bed early you will be reading a good book or on devices."

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful luxurious house overlooking the Waikato River. There was a safe swimming area in the river and a hot tub. The house was spacious, with all amenities inside and out bbq etc. inside outside stereo sounds , awesome tv viewing. All amenities provided and more just needed to turn up with bag clothes. Big enough for family or couple. Host with the mostest as well."
