"We are so happy with our 4 night stay in The Ancient Hoi An Hotel. The rooms were clean and big, the pool was huge, beautiful, relaxing and sparkling clean, the cleanest we’ve ever seen in a hotel. The breakfast buffet was also like nothing we’ve ever seen before. Absolutely delicious and has every possible option available. We wanted to extend our stay because we loved it so much. The courtyard for kids to run around makes it perfect for families as well. The location is also the best, walk everywhere in ancient town, and then just far enough to be quiet at night. We will definitely be back!!"

"A wonderful hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and kind. We opted for the honeymoon package, which was worth every penny. The vice manager was very hospitable and even brought a singer and her escort to our romantic dinner. We also had a fantastic massage as part of the package. Truly the best we've had in Vietnam. Far better than the street parlors and way more professional. The personal touch, great facilities and overall level of the hotel make it an easy 'yes'. Will definitely stay there again."

"Great hotel a couple blocks from Old Hoi An so we could walk over all the time. Friendly helpful staff, especially the breakfast servers who always had friendly smiles. Loved that they had free bicycles to use (a bit old but functional), which we used to bike over to their sister property at the Silk village for the tour. Also, received a free day pass to their silk beach club along the beach, which was wonderful to relax one day. Perfect location. Like all hotels we've been to in vietnam, sound proofing is almost non existent so bring ear plugs if that is a problem. Construction next door was a bit annoying, but hopefully done soon. We stayed in Jan 2025. Restaurants and spas all nearby. Many rides can be arranged to /from Da Nang airport for fixed prices all advertised. Small fitness center. Nice pool and lounge area."
