"The hotel and staff were very nice. Breakfast is served indoors or on a spacious patio. Plenty to choose from including an egg station, lots of fresh fruits and Asian options. There is a lovely pool with lots of sun beds but the weather was too cool during our stay and we didn’t make use of it. The only negative for us was that we were given a pool view room right above the pool bar/ restaurant that is open until 11 pm. We had been up since 4 am due to our flight in and desperately wanted an early night but a bus tour group were partying loudly at the bar. We asked for a room change and fortunately they were able to move us. There are plenty of tailors on the street if you would like to get a suit, dress, etc. made, takes just 2-3 days depending what you order. "

"A wonderful hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and kind. We opted for the honeymoon package, which was worth every penny. The vice manager was very hospitable and even brought a singer and her escort to our romantic dinner. We also had a fantastic massage as part of the package. Truly the best we've had in Vietnam. Far better than the street parlors and way more professional. The personal touch, great facilities and overall level of the hotel make it an easy 'yes'. Will definitely stay there again."

"Great hotel a couple blocks from Old Hoi An so we could walk over all the time. Friendly helpful staff, especially the breakfast servers who always had friendly smiles. Loved that they had free bicycles to use (a bit old but functional), which we used to bike over to their sister property at the Silk village for the tour. Also, received a free day pass to their silk beach club along the beach, which was wonderful to relax one day. Perfect location. Like all hotels we've been to in vietnam, sound proofing is almost non existent so bring ear plugs if that is a problem. Construction next door was a bit annoying, but hopefully done soon. We stayed in Jan 2025. Restaurants and spas all nearby. Many rides can be arranged to /from Da Nang airport for fixed prices all advertised. Small fitness center. Nice pool and lounge area."
